Intra Ocular pressure
IOP is an important aspect in the evaluation of patients at risk of glaucoma. It gives an important picture of your eye health and find signs of optic nerve damage that might affect your eyesight.
Visual Acuity
Visual acuity is the most common clinical measurement of how your eyes function. It's usually one of the first tests taken during a comprehensive eye exam to determine how sharp your vision is. If someone has 20/20 vision, it means they can see the same amount of detail from 20 feet away as the average person
Slit lamp Exam
Our eye doctor needs to make sure that your eyes are healthy, For this, our eye doctor uses a special microscope and light that lets your doctor see your eyes in 3-D both inside and out, where we assess by viewing; Anterior segment · Eye lid · Eye lashes · Conjunctiva · Corneal · Pupil reaction · Anterior chamber · Lens Posterior segment · Vitreous · Retina · Optic nerve
Refraction
A refraction is an eye test performed during a comprehensive eye exam that measures a patient's prescription for eyeglasses or contacts . During the refraction test, the patient will sit in a chair looking through a special device called a phoroptor or refractor and focus on an eye chart 20 feet away.
Color Vision
Measures your ability to tell the difference among colors (red-green). Our eye doctor will ask you to look at a series of circles (also called plates) with dots of different colors and sizes. If you dont pass this test, you may have poor color vision, or that you're color blind .
