Adult Vaccinations & Immunisatins
Family Medicine & GP

Staying up to date with adult vaccines helps protect you from serious, and sometimes life-threatening, diseases. Immunity from childhood vaccines can fade over time, and certain jobs, travel, or health conditions may increase your risk.
Recommended Vaccines
Influenza (Flu): once a year
Typhoid Fever: every 3 years
Hepatitis B: 3-dose series
Meningococcal (ACYW-135): every 5 years
Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio booster: every 10 years
Pneumococcal (PCV23): once only
Cholera: as recommended for travel or outbreak risk
Hepatitis A: every 10 years
Why it matters
Vaccination in adulthood strengthens your protection against preventable infections, keeps you healthier for longer, and helps safeguard those around you.
