Sporttape - Kinesiotape 5cm X 5m Mendwell

Mendwell Sporttape Kinesiology Tape is a 5cm x 5m roll designed to provide flexible support during exercise, sport and physiotherapy routines. The manufacturer describes a breathable cotton construction with bidirectional stretch, a medical-grade adhesive and resistance to sweat and water, helping the tape move with the body without unnecessarily limiting a healthy range of motion. The uncut roll can be trimmed for different application areas and is available in several colours. For best results, apply to clean, dry skin and follow the pack instructions. Consult a physiotherapist for suitable taping technique, especially when using it around an injury.
