Acute Sickness

Get the right diagnosis
Our doctors start with careful history-taking and examination, often reaching a diagnosis without unnecessary tests. Every visit includes multi-system checks to ensure nothing important is missed. When needed, we back this up with our on-site laboratory and radiology imaging.

We manage a wide range of symptoms—fever, coughs and colds, pain, rashes, headaches, nausea and more—so you get to the right treatment sooner. We prioritise your health, avoiding over-testing and over-prescribing; we only recommend what’s necessary.

For illnesses that need short observation, our fully equipped observation bay provides timely care and monitoring.

  • Thoughtful assessment first, tests when needed

  • On-site labs & imaging for fast answers

  • Clear plans, safety-net advice, and follow-up

  • Guidance on diet, exercise, and daily routines

Our goal: to help you live healthier, longer, and happier.

Childhood Immunisations

Child Vaccinations

Protecting your child through vaccination greatly reduces the risk of serious illness, pain, disability, or even death from preventable diseases.

If you’re unsure whether your child is up to date, book a review—we’ll check their vaccination history and advise on any doses that may still be needed.

We offer a full range of private childhood vaccines, including:

  • Hepatitis A & B

  • Varicella (Chicken Pox)

  • Rotarix (Rotavirus)

  • MMR – Measles, Mumps & Rubella

  • Pentaxim – HiB, DTP & Polio

  • Infanrix Hexa – HiB, DTP, Polio & Hep B

  • Prevenar – Pneumococcal

  • Typhoid

  • Meningococcal (ACYW)

  • Adacel Polio – DTP & Polio booster (pre-school)

  • HPV (Cervarix or Gardasil) – for girls aged 9 and above to prevent cervical cancer

  • Influenza (Flu) – annual protection

Our doctors and nurses provide gentle, child-friendly care to make vaccination visits quick and comfortable.

Nursing care

Our nurses provide compassionate, continuous care with professionalism and kindness. They monitor and evaluate patients closely, perform physical assessments, record detailed health histories, and listen carefully to each patient’s needs.

Working hand-in-hand with our doctors, they help ensure that treatments and prescriptions are safe and effective, and that every patient is supported on their path to recovery.

Caring hands, trusted hearts — every step of the way.

Fracture Management

Our doctors are highly trained in the diagnosis and treatment of fractures, supported by on-site, high-quality X-ray services. We skilfully apply plaster-of-paris and fibre casts, and our fully stocked pharmacy provides splints, slings, and limb supports when needed.

For complex cases, we coordinate with our visiting orthopaedic surgeon to ensure timely specialist care, including surgical management when required. Once healing begins, our physiotherapy team assists with rehabilitation and recovery, helping patients regain strength, movement, and confidence.

Comprehensive fracture care — from diagnosis to full recovery.

Electrocardiography (ECG)

We offer routine and urgent ECG tests to quickly evaluate heart health. Using our 12-lead Welch Allyn® Cardio ECG machine, our trained team provides accurate, high-quality recordings for fast and reliable diagnosis.

Quick, simple, and precise — heart testing you can trust.

Adult Vaccinations & Immunisatins

Staying up to date with adult vaccines helps protect you from serious, and sometimes life-threatening, diseases. Immunity from childhood vaccines can fade over time, and certain jobs, travel, or health conditions may increase your risk.

Recommended Vaccines
  • Influenza (Flu): once a year

  • Typhoid Fever: every 3 years

  • Hepatitis B: 3-dose series

  • Meningococcal (ACYW-135): every 5 years

  • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Polio booster: every 10 years

  • Pneumococcal (PCV23): once only

  • Cholera: as recommended for travel or outbreak risk

  • Hepatitis A: every 10 years

Why it matters

Vaccination in adulthood strengthens your protection against preventable infections, keeps you healthier for longer, and helps safeguard those around you.

Wound Management and Dressings

If you’re living with a non-healing wound, you’re not alone. Many people face similar challenges that limit their comfort and quality of life. At London Health Centre, our doctors are highly experienced in advanced wound management—helping wounds heal safely and effectively.

Our Approach

We provide a comprehensive, team-based approach led by our primary care doctors and supported by skilled nursing staff. Using modern wound care materials and techniques, we achieve high success rates in healing even complex wounds.

Our treatments include:

  • Four-layer compression bandaging

  • Negative pressure wound therapy

  • Advanced dressings from trusted brands

Ear Irrigation & Syringing Service

Blocked ears are often caused by simple wax impaction. At your consultation, our doctors will examine your ears and, if needed, use our Propulse® ear irrigation system to clear the blockage safely and comfortably.

The Propulse® system uses gentle, controlled jets of water to loosen and remove wax — safer than traditional ear syringing and with less risk of ear drum injury.

Quick, safe, and effective ear cleaning — performed by trained professionals.

Weight Loss Management

We’re committed to helping you achieve a healthier weight while identifying any underlying causes of weight gain. Our doctors and rehabilitation team create personalised, realistic plans tailored to your needs and lifestyle.

Through guided nutrition advice, exercise planning, and continuous support, we’ll help you get on the right path to sustainable weight loss and better overall health.

Healthy habits. Real results. Personalised for you.

Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)

OSA can affect people of all ages and is often marked by loud snoring and daytime sleepiness. It occurs when breathing repeatedly slows or stops during sleep. Many people with OSA are unaware it’s happening.

Common symptoms
  • Loud snoring or pauses in breathing during sleep

  • Waking up gasping or choking

  • Morning headaches

  • Fatigue, poor concentration, or mood changes

Health risks

Untreated OSA increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, depression, and even road accidents due to drowsiness while driving.

Treatment

OSA can be effectively treated using CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) therapy, which gently delivers air through a mask to keep your airways open during sleep—helping you breathe easier and sleep better.

Sleep well. Breathe easy. Live healthier.
