*Any omissions or exclusions in the maternity delivery package shall not entitle the patient to refunds or compensation, and the health centre reserves the right to determine the course of action in such cases at its discretion
1st TRIMESTER: first 12 weeks
- -Gynaecologist Specialist Consultation x 2
- -Ultrasound scan x 1
- -Blood – FBP, ABO, STI screen (HIV, Hep B, Syphilis), Hb1ac, RBS/FBS, TORCH and MRDT
- -Urine analysis
- 2nd TRIMESTER: 12-27 weeks
- -Gynaecologist Specialist Consultation x 2
- -Ultrasound scan x 2 (Anomaly scan)
- -Blood – FBP x 2, HbA1c, RBS/FBS, OGTT
- -Urine analysis
- 3rd TRIMESTER – 28th week to term
- Gynaecologist Specialist Consultation x 6
- Ultrasound x 3 (Including foetal Doppler scan and biophysical profile)
- Blood – FBP x 3
- Blood - Glucose x 3
- Urine analysis x 3
- High vaginal swab culture
- NORMAL DELIVERY
- Admission and Perinatal care
- 2-3 days hospital stay (subject to doctors medical evaluation and discharge decision)
- Paediatric baby assessment and review
- All three meals are included
