Ms Arwa Anjarwalla

Arwa got to know about physiotherapy as a patient and decided to become a physiotherapist She graduated from Jomo Kenyatta University Nairobi in the year 2016 with a degree in Physical therapy and has worked in a hospital setting for 5 years in Kenya.

Arwa has done certificate courses in clinical cupping , clinical dry needling, myofascial release and Taping. She integrates exercise with dry cupping / needling to bring about healing , strengthening, retraining of muscles.

Arwa is passionate about her work and is an all rounder,, she has worked with neuromuscular to musculoskeletal condition patients from children to adults. She loves to research and use evidence based therapy to treat and train her patients. Her main goal is to keep growing and progressing her knowledge in physical therapy to be able to help as many patients as she can.
