What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy is a holistic approach to certain medical problems including; Orthopaedics, Neurology, Paediatrics, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics, Rehabilitations & Cardiopulmonary care. Often patients are referred by various doctors to try to help to manage longstanding chronic conditions or acute musculo-skeletal injuries. Patients are able to refer themselves directly to see a specialist physiotherapist who can help to diagnose their problem and decide if physiotherapy is the appropriate course or whether further investigations and other medical management is necessary.
We have a wide variety of treatment techniques, our most effective one usually being our ears to listen & understand your problems. We are usually able to improve most general conditions in 6-8 sessions if not sooner. See some of our photos here |
