Soft Tissue and Myofascial Release
Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points, over a broad area of muscle and tissue rather than at single points.
It’s not always easy to understand what trigger point is responsible for the pain.
We are able to perform pilates method at our rehabilitation for those suffering from longstanding low back pain and looking to get their core back into shape and improve their circulation.
