Annukka has always been passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing.
She has over 6 years experience working in the health and fitness industry in Finland. Annukka graduated as a physiotherapist in 2013 and since that she has been working with acute and chronic musculoskeletal problems such as neck and lower back pain, ankle- and knee problems, tendonitis and headaches. For Annukka, it’s all about offering an individualised and evidence-based service. She uses a combination of soft tissue, manual techniques and exercise therapy.
