Comprehensive assessment is done to determine performance skills and measure impairments mostly includes interview, observation and use of assessment tools. Specially with children it’s plays

a vital role to get a clear picture of their development. Scales used by us are globally acceptable as well as according to their age to get current status of development, strength and difficulties. Intervention plan is set according to results of assessment considering difficulties in the performance component of functional skills. Intervention plan includes short term and long-term goals, which provides a road map for functional achievements.
